About Our Programs
Acro dance incorporates gymnastics, tumbling, contortion, and flexibility with Jazz dance, to create an exciting performance style. We focus on creating a solid foundation from the beginning so that all dancers can accomplish these skills safely.
Ballet is the foundation of dance. We follow the Ballet syllabus for R.A.D. (Royal Academy of Dance) with the option of Ballet exams. Ballet is a classic genre and provides technical training, dance education, musical timing, performance quality, and will enhance a dancers strength and flexibility.
Jazz is always a popular style, think Broadway perhaps, our Jazz classes feature instruction on the classic foundation techniques while incorporating modern styles of Jazz such as the popular 'Street Jazz'.
Lyrical and Contemporary are fluid and expressive styles of dance based on a foundation of Classical Ballet and Jazz. Combining these techniques creates a modern movement style that is loved by many of today's top Choreographers.
Musical Theatre. This program will have students smiling all the way to the stage as they learn the three core elements they need to shine in the limelight! Classes run twice each week, no experience necessary.
Hip Hop. In this fun, energetic street dance class, dancers will bust a move as they learn different styles of Hip Hop, including House, Breaking, Popping & Locking, Jazz Funk, and more!
